Hi there mama! I’m Amelia

Firstly, thank you so much for being here - if you ask me, it’s divine timing that you’ve come across my online home in this moment of your life. I’m so looking forward to getting to know you! For now, here’s a bit about me…

I’m a Perth, Australia-based Intuitive Life Coach, Business Coach, Meditation Guide and host of the Abundant Mamas Podcast. I’ve been coaching for the last decade and I’m a married mama to two little boys.

My mission is to support mamas like you to connect to your intuition and get clear on what an abundant and aligned life and business looks like for YOU and your family - then to release the mindset, energetic and emotional blocks that are holding you back from that life.

One of the most potent things I've learned in a decade of coaching is that change is created in a series of small steps. Every day, we take actions - actions that can either take us closer to more abundance, alignment and joy - or take us further away from these things.

Making our dreams a reality can feel overwhelming, so I like to break the journey down into a series of incremental upgrades - with each upgrade downloaded from your intuition - so that you can feel peaceful and energised every step of the way. 

When we can lean in and trust this process, the magic happens - we find ease and flow and things fall into our laps with little effort. We naturally prioritise feeling good and find a balance that feels just right.
